The knock-on effects are increased employee satisfaction and morale. 

Telstra have also effectively integrated AI into their business operations, reducing mundane tasks for over 21,000 employees and saving them the equivalent of 20 hours per month, building employee satisfaction along the way and creating interesting discussions on how the saved time could now be used.
